Returns

The Monochrome Bow has a 14 day return policy. Please ensure you contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return an item and we will do the best we can to help. Please note you are responsible for paying for the cost of returning goods. (Earrings and personalised items are non returnable unless they are faulty).

 

Important Information

Please note that items from The Monochrome Bow contain small parts and are not toys. Items should not be given to children as such items could be a choking hazard.

 

Your Right to Cancel

Under the new regulations you, the consumer, have the right to cancel at any time from the date your order is placed, up to 14 days after your item has been received unless the order is for a personalised item. The right to cancel is also lost, if items ordered are not fit for return due to hygiene, such as earrings. If you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving the items please contact us at your earliest convenience. Should you wish to cancel your order once your items have been received, you must return the items within 14 days of cancellation and have confirmation in writing from The Monochrome Bow that they will accept the cancellation. All monies will be reimbursed to you, including the original postage costs, within 14 days of the item(s) being received by The Monochrome Bow Reimbursement will be by the same payment method as the original transaction. Return postage will be the responsibility of the consumer. Please note, under these regulations, The Monochrome Bow also has the right to deduct from the monies reimbursed should the value of the items be diminished, through the handling of the consumer beyond what is necessary, to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

 

Your Legal Rights

When you buy from a business you have a number of rights as a consumer by law. These include the right to claim a refund/repair/replacement under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described. This excludes situations whereby the item has suffered accidental damage, misuse or the effects of reasonable wear and tear. It is the responsibility of The Monochrome Bow to ensure that we supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights.
